I am a licensed independent clinical social worker maintaining a private psychotherapy practice since 2011.
As a graduate of Boston College Graduate School of Social Work, I have been working as a licensed social worker since 2006, specializing in therapy with adults and adolescents addressing issues around trauma, anxiety, mood, relationships, and life transitions. I have a specialty in treating first responders including police officers, firefighters, EMT's and other medical professionals, as well as their families.
I am an interactive therapist, focused on finding solutions to problems. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate insight-oriented therapy with cognitive-behavioral interventions to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to help you to build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to accomplishing.
